Garage & Carports
Your vehicles deserve a nice home too!
A garage can be much more than storage for your vehicles. Whether you need better storage, upgraded insulation, or a refreshed design, we can help create a garage that works for your daily life. From simple updates to complete overhauls, we can help you improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term usability.
Let’s talk Carports
Choosing to build a carport instead of a garage allows for versatility; vehicle storage, enclosed storage or workshop area and the ability to upgrade and change as your needs grow.
Ace of Space now offers a pre-designed single stall carport with multi-purpose shop
One of the benefits of getting a pre-designed carport vs a custom carport is the price. The design is already complete, no need to hire an architect. The plans have already made it through the permitting office before, no worry about push back. Our pre-designed single stall carport starts at $120k with no variables or upgrades

Things to consider…
In some cases garages and carports must pass through the zoning office, which could add extra permitting time
Buying plans online might seem like a great way to save money on hiring an architect for your project. However unless the plans have been designed specifically for your city, an architect will still have to review and make any changes necessary to the plans for them to pass the cities permit office.
Construction is loud and dirty, if you have pets or children it can be extremely stressful. Having a daycare plan in place will help mitigate your construction burnout
Scope creep is a real thing! Either by customer choices or by environmental unknowns. Having a 20% contingency in your budget helps cover any change orders that can pop up during your project
